Passionate about obtaining the best possible outcome for every client, Lee Ann works diligently to provide her clients with every advantage to ensure a smooth and successful real estate experience.  From the early stages of preparing a client for buying or selling to handling the ups and downs of the negotiations to ending at the finish line with no detail overlooked, Lee Ann is the steady hand that navigates the buying or selling process with expertise and confidence.  She is responsive and understands the importance of maintaining constant communication with her clients to keep them informed throughout the entire process.  After serving seven years in the U.S. Army and an additional seven years with the Navy Department of Defense, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University.  Her Military and Government background along with her Southern roots has resulted in a finely tuned real estate experience that ends in the highest client satisfaction transaction after transaction. Her service to her Country now translates into providing top-tier service for her clients.  This is demonstrated by her lifelong dedication to education which has resulted in her obtaining the National Realtors Association seller representative specialist (SRS) designation which is the premier credential in seller representation. In addition, she has obtained a certification as a real estate negotiation expert (RENE).

As a resident of Kitsap County for over 20 years, Lee Ann represents clients in the West Sound from Gig Harbor to Port Ludlow and is an expert in local market trends. Whether guiding homebuyers in finding their perfect home or assisting sellers in marketing their homes for top dollar, Lee Ann prides herself on the ability to meticulously handle many tasks with a positive, can-do attitude. Lee Ann happily lives in Manette with her wife Chris and her son Ryland along with their pets, Cup and Rose.  She believes that her community involvement is key to understanding the many facets of the county, its drivers, initiatives, needs, and market.  She currently volunteers her time at Ryland’s school and habitat for humanity.  She is respected by clients and peers alike for her unyielding hard work, desires to serve, loyalty, and, above all, integrity.
